Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the GarageOS platform. Breach of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and, where appropriate, legal action.
1. You must not
- use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purpose;
- copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, frame or republish any part of the Platform;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, database structures or workflows;
- resell, sublicense, share or otherwise commercialise access to the Platform;
- build a competing product or service that derives from or replicates the Platform;
- upload viruses, malware, worms, trojans or any malicious code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network connected to the Platform;
- impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any garage;
- upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or discriminatory;
- use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform other than well-behaved search-engine indexing of public pages;
- send spam, unsolicited marketing or chain communications to Customers via the Platform.
2. Tenant Isolation
Each Partner account operates as a separate tenant. You must not attempt to access, view or modify data belonging to any other Partner or Customer. Any such attempt will be treated as a material breach and may be reported to law enforcement.
3. Reporting
Suspected abuse, security vulnerabilities or breaches of this AUP should be reported to abuse@garageos.app.
4. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict or terminate any account that breaches this AUP. We may also retain logs, IP addresses and audit records to assist any investigation.
